B. Joining Process
I built a good relationship to the child by giving some activities and I talked to him in soft voice with warmth,accept his ideas and with caring attitude. My role is to observe the child has misbehavior and his relationships toward hi peers,parents and adults. And to facilitate his behavior by giving different activities and to assess his misbehavior by knowing the causes of the problem. The child is silent,defiant and overactive especially when he is playing with his peers. While I was interviewing his mother, the child was creating loud noise to catch my attention and he was shouting with bad words, but I was still focused to his parent. My eyes is moving around to observe the child and my ears have double hearing for the child and for his mother. And also my role is to help the parents on how to deal with the misbehavior of a child. I’m expected that the child will obey his parents.
C. Presentation of the Problem
I approached the parents of my client child since my house is nearer to my client child. The mother of the child is scared about his behavior. Mother said, '' My child is hyperactive and sometime he counter attack me but I don't know why?''. Because sometime the child takes something then he will throw it outside their home. One of his playmates; Marlon said;'' Si Jairo inaaway ako tapos sinusuntok po ako '' then, '' Tapos inaayaw ko rin tapos tinutulak ako po ''. Jairo pushed his playmates when he didn't get something that he wanted. Jairo has attention seeking because I have experienced, while I have doing something he is creating loud noise and sometime he pushed our door '' according to one of his neighbor. The child creates something or doing something to catch the attention of a person. '' Jairo my grandson, he is spoiled to hie father, because everything he wants my son will give it to prevent unacceptable behavior that my grandson may show to his father'' according to his grandmother. On the other hand, '' Every morning Jairo is always shouting and he is saying bad words to his mother,because I have observed his mother is always saying bad words to a child,and one day I saw his mother pushed and she used punishment to jairo,then jairo imitated it'' according to the mother of one Jairo's playmates. ''This child hmm. An aggressive,because when his mother didn't wants him to play outside their home Jairo have showed aggressive behavior,then he pushed their door and shouted'' according to his auntie. I have noticed also this kind of behavior to a child, because our house are nearer to their house.

D.4 Personality dynamics for self mastery
The child believes that he can do everything by force and he can creates drawing with different colors. He loves to eat sweet food with his brother. The child is active in doing different activities,playing with his peers. He is happy in experiencing different things but he becomes aggressive when something he didn't get and he is always expressing feelings in unacceptable behavior by shouting,spunking,or kicking. The child is sensitive because when he is playing with his peers and they say bad words or against to him he will kick and counter attack his playmates. And sometimes he is moody and over active. He can express his feelings indirectly but he didn't communicate patiently to his parents and peers through verbals.

The relationship to his parents have something good and bad. Something good because he is happy with his parents,he can get anything that he wants,and he is free to express his feelings but with limitation. On the other hand, mother is always shouting to his child to command,but his husband didn't shout the child,because he is busy to his work.And sometime the mother of a child use bad words to his son and the child imitates the bad words in many times. The mother of a child is very strict because when a child creates mistakes his mother feels anger. They are always quarreling from each other,because the child wants to play outside their home. The relationship of a child to his peers. The child becomes aggressive when he is bullied by his peers,and he will counter attack until he is not contented and creates injury to his peers he didn't stop.The mother of a child is always use punishment to command and to discipline the child.
D.6 Personality dynamics for action
Every morning, the child and his mother are always quarreling from each other,because the child wants to play outside,but his mother disagrees. The child is always happy when he drawn different images,like; a house,car,airplane,his brother and sometime a monster. A child feels comfortable when he is lying on his bed while watching his favorite t.v program in channel 5. The time he is spent in watching t.v is about 10hours according to his parents. He is always take his car outside their home to play with his peers.

C.The child show aggressive behavior, like counter attack his mother, saying bad words to his parents, hurting his playmates a throwing something when he didn't get that he wanted. Concepts,principles and theories c.An occasional aggressive exchange between children are normal and expected, but some preschoolers like Jairo, show abnormally high rates of aggression. Theorists have traced their problem to strife ridden. The child is always exposure to families, poor parents practices and exposure to television violent models.
D.'' I'm scared to my son'' and '' sometime I can't control him''. Concepts,principles and theories d.The parent threatens,criticizes, and punishes, then the child whines,yells and refuses until the parent finds the child behavior to be too much and gives in.
F. Prognosis
Based on my inter action to the parents of a child and to other people. Most of them said; '' The child is aggressive,hyperactive and spoiled ''. I think the family is the causes of the child's misbehavior. The problem is originated inside their home. According to social learning theory, children largely learn to act morally through modeling by observing and imitating people who demonstrate appropriate behavior. Once children acquire inappropriate responses such as threatening,shouting,criticizing, and punishing then a child imitate and he will use the inappropriate behavior.As they cycles become more frequent, they generate anxiety and irritability among other family members, who soon join in the hostile interactions. Aggressive children, like jairo is product of these family process soon he learn to view the world from a violent perspective. Because the mother use punishment to a child and the parent is always modelling inappropriate behavior. And I think the child is rejected and blame a child when he makes something wrong.
G. Therapeutic Plan
My solution to this kind of problem is to break the cycle of hostilities between family members, replacing it with effective interaction styles. By providing or creating a new model of appropriate behavior to a child. Describing the consequences of behavior can effectively increase the appropriate behaviors and decrease inappropriate one. By giving the chance to a child to express himself in a nice way and helping the parents by giving alternatives to harsh punishment they can use for the child. Not exposing the child from television with violent scene. Let the child play with his playmates with the use of educational activities that can allow Jairo to socialize in a harmonious relationship or interaction. And allow the child to talk in a nice way by talking with warmth and caring attitude.

I have observed that my client child is an aggressive child and always exposing to unacceptable behavior expressed by the parents. My objectives are based on the misbehavior or status of my client child. The activities that I have made matches to my objectives. I'm enjoying the observation with contentment of the result based on my client child respond. It is hard to conduct an observation, because there are some aspects or factors must b considered in formulating the solution and it takes time. I'm tired and always focused on the responses of my client child to the activities. Although there are barriers to my observation and in giving activities, but I'm still Strong and confident by giving the solution to the problem of my client child. I'm feel happy because I have experienced the status of being observer and therapist on the process of giving solution. There are instrument that I have used to gather information and to make objectives to help my client child and also his parents.
K. Summary
I conducted an observation about an aggressive child named Jairo. He is the product of unacceptable behaviour and threatening environment and he is always exposing from different negative behavior modeled by his parents, but the child is creative in drawing activities and friendly. The common problems of a child are hyperactive,aggressive and spoiled. There are significant events and people where the behavior of a child affected. Jairo define himself that he can do everything that he wants through force. The child is problematic child according to his parent. The child imitates the action of his parents like; saying bad words,shouting, and kicking. The parents of child use punishment to his son. I have used the SOCIAL LEARNING THEORY of ALBERT BANDURA. The concept are IMITATION,MODELING and ENVIRONMENT. I have make the objectives divided into three parts, such as; knowledge,skills and attitude. Every objectives are based on the theory. The common causes of the problem of the child is the relationship to his environment and punishment used by his parents. The child response appropriately to the activities.
Conclusion
I conclude that my observation to a child misbehavior become successful, because of the help of some significant people and the data that I have gathered. I conclude that the aggressive behavior of my client child is decreased and the spoiled behavior is maintained, because of the activities, techniques and strategies that I have used based on the Social learning theory of Albert Bandura. And I can help the client child to solve and to identify the causes of a problem and the parents are become aware about their child's misbehavior. The relationship between the child and hie parents become safe and acceptable.The child becomes more comfortable to his parents. Being a teacher I can be a therapist and councilor to my pupils and also I can manage the misbehavior of a child through observation and the application of all theories. In addition to that I conclude that every behavior of a person is originated and affected from the different factors like family and peer relationship and as well as the technology. It is hard to conduct an observation or study about the child's misbehavior because of different steps or procedure that I must be considered in the process of observation or giving solution to that problem.
Recommendation
I recommend that the parents of my client child should be learned not to give into Jairo to pair commands with reasons, and to replace verbal insults and spunking with more effective punishment, such as time out and withdrawal of privileges. They should be aware about their action and words to their child since the child is the great imitator of the behavior, because they show a kind of modelling behavior to a child. Each of the member of the family has responsibility to guide and to teach the appropriate behavior that a child should do. The parents should be used warmth and rational approach to their child rearing and should be acknowledged the child's emotion. And the freedom to choose should be taken but with limitations to avoid unacceptable behavior. The parents should not exposed their child from t.v programs that showing violent scenes. They should know how to control their child's misbehavior and the family should be used authoritative style, instead of authoritarian style because they can enforce him by setting limits and insisting that the child obey. At the same time, they can express warmth and affection, listen patiently to their child;s point of view, and to establish participation in the family decision making and it is more democratic approach that recognize , and respect the rights of the members of the family.
L. Implication to Eduction and Assessment
As a teacher, I should be aware and well educated person about the behavior of young children and how to assess them. For me, the case study about the aggressive child may help the education to be aware, realistic about the causes of misbehavior of young children, become knowledgeable and become optimistic about the reality. And also it helps the teachers, administrators and other practitioners of eduction to identify the importance of observing the early childhood year or ECED child. I think this is the sensitive and critical stage of human development. I'm not well equip in terms of the background knowledge and information about the concepts, principles, and theories to early childhood years, although I have enough information on how to assess the young children, but this is not enough to assess immediately the ECED children without any background about the concepts, principles and theories and also the obsolete and clear explanation about the steps or procedure of an observation.
